After having my heater serviced by another company, it started to vibrate significantly. It's been great having them service my system. I had an issue with my AC that required running a new wire from upstairs down to the AC compressor. They installed it quickly and cleanly. The office staff is also very friendly, highly recommended.

Had some work done to my AC through my home warranty and Coaches HVAC was very professional and did a great job. Even though it took a little longer than I hoped due to a part needing to be ordered, they were always good about keeping appointments and communication. Joe came out twice and was very professional, and completed his work as quickly as possible. One other employee had to come out and he was also very professional. Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. Coaches HVAC is five star all the way. I had another company come to my house last Friday and he told me that whoever installed my thermostat last, that they must of touched the wires and that caused a lot of damage to my heater. I said oh my goodness what kind of damage? He said it caused damage to two diodes and I said how much will that cost and he said $950 dollars. I am so glad I called Coaches HVAC. I called Chris Curtis (the owner) Friday night and he had one of his employees out to my house in a couple of hours. His employee Pryole was very professional and took pictures of my heater and explained that whoever put in my thermostat didn't cause damage. Also, he explained I have only one diode not two and there was nothing wrong with my diode on my heater. In addition, he showed me a picture of my motherboard and explained that is why my heater wasn't working. The part was ordered and the technician fixed my heater tonight and I'm warm again!!!!! These HVAC people know what they are doing! Had a CO alarm that kept on going off every 30 minutes after my wall furnace was turned on. It was getting cold and had a few other repair people come by who said a duct cleaning was needed. That is when I contacted Coaches HVAC and asked for a duct cleaning. Here is what sets them apart. Instead of just coming and doing exactly what the previous person recommended they diagnosed the root cause of the problem.

The root cause of the CO alarm that keeps going off is because of soot build up in the heat exchanger and the duct. If I replaced the wall furnace only then a year or so later the CO alarm would go off. If I only cleaned the duct then after a few years then the duct would get soot again then again another cleaning would be needed. With the duct replacement (see picture) they guarantee the workmanship for lifetime. Now for the rest of this wall heater and potential a few more after (Most likely decades) I would not have to worry about potential harm to my health.

I help my grandmother whenever I can even though I don't live near her. She was having problems with her heater and called a company that advertises on billboards throughout the city so people are familiar with that name. They quoted her nearly $7,000 for a new unit. She was ready to do it but I told her to wait and get a second opinion.
Well, thankfully, she listened and she asked me to help her find someone else to come over for another opinion. So, I called a few different companies in the area that I found online. Some were asking all kinds of ridiculous questions like "well, what did the other company quote her? Can she show us the invoice / quote?" and I remember thinking "what does that matter? Go over and give her a quote based on what YOU find." I had a feeling that they just wanted to come right under the other companies quote even if the other company highly inflated the price or wasn't honest about what needed to be done.
I was shocked as to how difficult it was just to get a 2nd opinion! I even had another company tell me that the owner was going to call me back. He called me back and wasted my time telling me how great they are and got pushy and it all made me feel like something wasn't right. I just told him I would call him back and never did. We needed a job done and didn't need all kinds of distractions because they are all playing these competitive games. It's simple... come over and give us a quote. Why they were stressing me over a basic request was beyond me! My grandmother was without heat in the winter!
THANKFULLY, the next company that I called was exactly what we needed!!!! Not only did they come without making it difficult and asking a bunch of irrelevant questions, but they said they could fix it for around $640! What a difference! From $7,000 to $640. Guess who we went with? Yup.... these guys that I just gave 5 STARS to. While we understand that her unit might need to be replaced soon (since it's about 25 yrs. old) we, like most people, don't have $7,000 just sitting around and we will try to fix things on a budget first. The other guys were like "it's old and it needs to be replaced." And since most customers aren't experts in that field, they just trust what they are told. I tend to question and get 2nd opinions because there are far too many shady companies out there.
So, we were so happy that these guys were courteous and clearly as HONEST as possible which is soooooo rare (and refreshing) in this day and age! Thank you, COACHES, for being, well..... YOU!

I found Coaches through Yelp. I had sent an e-mail to another company and then was able to "select all" to send the inquiry to other places as well.

Coaches responded quickly and out of all the others (including the company I initially contacted), had availability the next day and was going to send someone who would understood the issues I was having with my finicky-network-challenged Honeywell Total Home Connection System.

In comes "Positive Pete". He NEVER GAVE UP. Going upstairs, downstairs, under the house - he was able to fix it all. I truly couldn't believe it. I don't think anyone else (other than the guy who installed the system who seems to refuse to deal with it anymore) could have done what he did. He was able to maneuver the network so I wouldn't have the connectivity issue that I had been having for a while. Genius.
