We had a great experience with Coaches. Our air was only blowing hot air because the breaker would kick it off and we originally called a private company and they told us that we would eventually need a new air conditioner so we decided to go through our warranty and they sent Coaches. The tech came out and said the exact same thing the other company said. Mike called us and explained the warranty wouldn't cover a new unit so they gave us a great deal on one and could replace it fast (we have twin babies so a hot house is not an option). Mike came out this time and said we actually don't need a new unit and said we needed a small part and he actually had it in his truck! He replaced it at no cost and he told us if this doesn't work then it's definitely the breaker. The air went out a week later and we called an electrician this time and they agreed it was for sure the breaker. The air has been working since. Mike could have easily lied to us and had us pay for a new unit and he was sooo honest and kind! Definitely recommend Coaches!

I found Coaches through Yelp. I had sent an e-mail to another company and then was able to "select all" to send the inquiry to other places as well.

Coaches responded quickly and out of all the others (including the company I initially contacted), had availability the next day and was going to send someone who would understood the issues I was having with my finicky-network-challenged Honeywell Total Home Connection System.

In comes "Positive Pete". He NEVER GAVE UP. Going upstairs, downstairs, under the house - he was able to fix it all. I truly couldn't believe it. I don't think anyone else (other than the guy who installed the system who seems to refuse to deal with it anymore) could have done what he did. He was able to maneuver the network so I wouldn't have the connectivity issue that I had been having for a while. Genius.

Our AC stopped working Friday night so we put in a request for service through American Home Shield and it was dispatched to Coaches. They came out Monday afternoon and fixed our AC! Our technician, Jeffrey Stephens, was so nice and professional as well! Give that guy a bonus, he is truly awesome!!
I will for sure use Coaches for our regular routine maintenance and highly recommend them.

First and foremost, THANK YOU! This gentleman named Mike came to diagnose my AC unit on Wednesday, explained to me in detail what was wrong. He said he would return Thursday to fix it. To his word, he came back on Thursday and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and he fixed it! I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing customer service and the professionalism you showed. My house is super comfy now with my working AC and it's all thanks to Mike and Coaches! Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred.

Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! THANK YOU for fixing our heater in this cold winter!

Coaches HVAC is five star all the way. I had another company come to my house last Friday and he told me that whoever installed my thermostat last, that they must of touched the wires and that caused a lot of damage to my heater. I said oh my goodness what kind of damage? He said it caused damage to two diodes and I said how much will that cost and he said $950 dollars. I am so glad I called Coaches HVAC. I called Chris Curtis (the owner) Friday night and he had one of his employees out to my house in a couple of hours. His employee Pryole was very professional and took pictures of my heater and explained that whoever put in my thermostat didn't cause damage. Also, he explained I have only one diode not two and there was nothing wrong with my diode on my heater. In addition, he showed me a picture of my motherboard and explained that is why my heater wasn't working. The part was ordered and the technician fixed my heater tonight and I'm warm again!!!!! I'm glad I got a second opinion with a honest company!!! If you ever need someone to work on your heater or air conditioner call Coaches HVAC. You won't be taken advantage of. They are honest and five star all the way.

These guys are the real deal. I was prescribed them through my home warranty company American Home shield and of course I am always a little nervous about who they send to you especially because the company is in Stockton but I was pleasantly surprised Stephen Jeffery from Coaches gave me a call when he was close which was much appreciated. He was very professional and he was done in just about an hour and a half.

In addition to this, I told one of my buddies about them and he called, they were at his house the next day and also finished fixing his AC at a fair price in under 1.5 hours also, so my experience was not a fluke. Not a shock that these guys have so many high marks. I would Recommend to everyone.

Coaches HVAC was a great choice for us as they were able to find problems with our heater other companies weren't and they helped get some things covered through our home warranty. Super flexible with availability, always willing to talk and explain their reasoning, and helped us out when we didn't know who to trust. I was refered to Coaches via a home warranty service to have my air conditioner and gas furnace converted over to a heat pump. The home warranty offered a substandard option for replacement. I expressed concern regarding the quality, Coaches worked with me to come up with a much better option at a very reasonable price. During the installation, there were a number of issues that arose but the team did a wonderful job of getting everything taken care of. This is a company that wants to build long term relationships and given this interaction, I plan to work with them on future projects. Highly recommend.
