I found Coaches through Yelp. I had sent an e-mail to another company and then was able to "select all" to send the inquiry to other places as well.

Coaches responded quickly and out of all the others (including the company I initially contacted), had availability the next day and was going to send someone who would understood the issues I was having with my finicky-network-challenged Honeywell Total Home Connection System.

In comes "Positive Pete". He NEVER GAVE UP. Going upstairs, downstairs, under the house - he was able to fix it all. I truly couldn't believe it. I don't think anyone else (other than the guy who installed the system who seems to refuse to deal with it anymore) could have done what he did. He was able to maneuver the network so I wouldn't have the connectivity issue that I had been having for a while. Genius.

We were introduced to Coach's through American Home Shield. After placing the service call, Chris had the technician come to our house the very next day, he called me back within a day to discuss what was needed and to give me an estimate. The techs were at our house the following week to take final measurements and plan out what needed to be done.
Due to OUR schedule he started the work two weeks after the initial call. They were done in TWO days. Let me tell you, they were punctual, knowledgeable, kind professional and extremely efficient.
I would definitely recommend this company regardless of method of payment. Chris was honest, straightforward, professional and kind.

Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. If you want a reliable company that puts all there customers at the top of the list, you gotta use Coaches ExtraordinAIR you will not be disappointed TRUST ME.

I love coaches. Super fast response time, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. You can actually talk to the tech, and they call you back with answers to your questions. If you have problems, they follow up - they don't leave you hanging. They should be your first call for heating and AC stuff.

My furnace suddenly stopped working. I requested a quotes from several services on Yelp and these guys gave me the best price and scheduled a visit next day. But the most important they offered to walk me through the diagnostic to see if we could fix it right away! And it worked. I went to Lowes, bought a fuse, replace it and ... now I have warm house 🙂

Scheduled Coaches for a gas furnace heating tune-up through American Home Shield home warranty. I pushed for AHS to give me options to choose from because I've had plenty of bad experiences. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me four to choose from and I went with the one that seemed to have the best reviews on Yelp and Google: Coaches. The Technician, Stephen was a little late, but sincere in his apology (this matters to me), very friendly and made sure to spend as much time as I wanted to understand his evaluation. Even when I said I was all set, he paused once more to make sure I was satisfied. Refreshing contractor experience and I'll use their services again.

I was refered to Coaches via a home warranty service to have my air conditioner and gas furnace converted over to a heat pump. The home warranty offered a substandard option for replacement. I expressed concern regarding the quality, Coaches worked with me to come up with a much better option at a very reasonable price. During the installation, there were a number of issues that arose but the team did a wonderful job of getting everything taken care of. This is a company that wants to build long term relationships and given this interaction, I plan to work with them on future projects. Highly recommend.

They're very polite and friendly.. to Mr. Steven J. a service technician @ coaches hvac extraordinaire, He was on time, very professionaland courteous, .I just want to let everybody that he did an awesome job servicing my thermostat & hvac system at my house. he was very professional and very businesslike, friendly very thorough of his knowledge in the heating/air conditioningfield., he did an excellent job of explaining, examining, cleaning, repairing, diagnosis in, my heater and a/c units. i trust coaches hvac extraordinaire, i will always use them i highly recommend them.

Saved us $10,000!!!! Honest Company! Our home warranty sent another company to inspect our A/C system and they said that our HVAC and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was skeptical about that company and asked for a 2nd opinion, Coaches came out and said that our A/C system was running perfectly and no reason to replace! I was shocked, but glad that I forced the warranty company for the 2nd opinion! I had to fight them to have Coaches replace my ductwork instead of the first dishonest company! Coaches is a FAR superior company, that explained what the issues were and how they will not only replace the ductwork but also redesign it for better distribution of air. Brandon, Bobby, and Joey were on time and professional, made sure to cover areas around the attic and clean up after they were done. Don't hesitate, call them!

I had a great experience with Pete. He was courteous, did good work, and was helpful beyond just the repair (advice on thermostats and install, etc.)

There were a few issues outside of this though:
- Scheduling was confusing and delayed. I was getting conflicting information via calls/text/email and in the end they mixed up and had to reschedule. It was confusing and frustrating.
- I asked for a detailed estimate of the cost (parts, labor, etc.) and never got it. They only gave me a final cost and initial visit cost.
- The price seems steep for the work involved but I was happy with Pete so it was ok.

Heating system seems to be working well and we have much more even temperature across the house.

I would use Coaches again but would be more clear about scheduling and pricing. The most important part is the work done and that was great.

I don't even know where to start. My a/c died. I was banking on it at some point, after all, it was prehistoric. Still, no one wants to go through that. You hear all the stories about what a nightmare it could be while simultaneously draining your bank account. Additionally, I knew that when my a/c was going to go, it would be quickly followed by my HVAC and the cherry on top...I had been previously warned that my ducting was "brittle so I had a big decision to make. Luckily, I do have a home warranty that steps in to help with my a/c but since my HVAC hadn't died yet, it wouldn't be covered, and neither was my ducting (or so I thought). So I could either opt to just go with the a/c, wait for the HVAC to die, and deal with it and my ducting later, or see what other options I might have. I say all that to set the premise...I was in one of every homeowners worst situations....(again...or so I thought).
Coaches HVAC was the contractor assigned by my home warranty company. I talked to Chris day 1 of my issue, had a crew out the very next day to diagnose the issue and by the 3rd day, I had the quote for my cost outside of a/c. Shortly after that call, Chris contacted me, listened to my concerns about the rest of my system, and presented me with an option that not only met all of my needs, but also brought real relief to what I was concerned about it costing. He made my decision easy. I felt heard, valued, and prioritized as a customer.
When the crew came, they were friendly, hard working, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely. Among other things! The entire process was a pleasure. What started as a nightmare ended up a dream. Thank you to Chris, Bobby, Darell, Tom, Diego, and Jas! Coaches not only knows what they are doing, they are fantastic at it! 10/10 recommend!! I will go nowhere else! They literally check ALL the boxes!!

Our air conditioning stopped working during the 100 degree stretch a few weeks ago. My homeowners insurance referred me to Coaches HVAC and I called them, with fingers crossed, that they wouldn't be too busy to fix our air conditioner. I was informed that they were booked up through the next week. Once I sufficiently explained to the gentleman that we were in dire need of cool air, he found a way to squeeze us in a day later ( a Friday at that!). The temperature was supposed to climb to 107 that weekend but lucky for us, our air conditioning was humming along just fine because of a quick, efficient and kind response from Coaches HVAC. A million thanks! If you need HVAC services, call them, you won't be disappointed.

Michael Merck came out and diagnosed my ac not cooling. it was an easy fix and they were very busy (first 90 degree week in april) so they gave me the option to fix it myself and I did. they dropped off the materials I needed and explained how it worked. learned something new and have a cool house again. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
