I have used Coaches HVAC for about 13!years and they get the job done right. They are very reliable and most importantly, they are HONEST. Chris is truly an amazing person, greatly appreciate everything you have done for me over the years.

Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred.

Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! THANK YOU for fixing our heater in this cold winter!

I was assigned to Coaches from my home warranty policy when our HVAC did not cool properly.Skeptical they were in Stockton and we lived in Sacramento where all the big boy HVAC companies are,but I read their reviews and was amazed by the 5 stars by so many.
Well,they deserve 10 stars trust me. Joe Warren came out to diagnosis the problem the very next day I submitted the claim. On time with a call before he got there. Professional,yet friendly,he found the issue quickly.The unit repairable,he ordered the part and the Home Warranty company covered everything. Took a week to get the part, but we understood that if the repair did not work, then a whole new HVAC unit would also be the next move...and is covered under America home warranty. BUT that is not why the 5 stars...The 5 stars are because of the way Coaches treated us. They kept in touch,told us what to expect along the way, and when Joe came back to install the part his expertise was readily obvious. His office returned my calls when needed and I felt like I was important to them. Joe even tried to sweep the area around the unit inside the house as he had a little dirt on his shoes (funny,but seriously a step above what we expected)...I called this morning to tell the sweet little office girl to tell the owner that we were exceptionally pleased with their concern for detail as the job went from the beginning to the end..Bravo, and now I know why the name of the company carries ExtraodinAir...and yes I have you on speed dial...Thanks Team Coaches....well done in my books.

Our AC stopped working Friday night so we put in a request for service through American Home Shield and it was dispatched to Coaches. They came out Monday afternoon and fixed our AC! Our technician, Jeffrey Stephens, was so nice and professional as well! Give that guy a bonus, he is truly awesome!!
I will for sure use Coaches for our regular routine maintenance and highly recommend them.

Was in a time crunch with getting some repairs done, specifically with the heater at the house I was moving out of, and he was more than accommodating. He addressed my concerns, timeframe, and main thing he was very compassionate. He fixed the heater issues at the house- in more than a timely manner-

My furnace suddenly stopped working. I requested a quotes from several services on Yelp and these guys gave me the best price and scheduled a visit next day. But the most important they offered to walk me through the diagnostic to see if we could fix it right away! And it worked. I went to Lowes, bought a fuse, replace it and ... now I have warm house 🙂

I reviewed Coaches last Spring. After i gave a poor review,Curtis the owner, called me to determine what i needed to be satisfied. I said if they couldnt get a forced air vent in one bedroom, then it would need a mini split. He agreed. Within 2 weeks, they installed a mini split to provide heat and a/c for that bedroom, which solved the problem. Everyone can make a mistake, but when a business stands behind their work and makes it right, then i'm willing to recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coaches HVAC Extraordinaire, and they absolutely lived up to their name. The team was not only super professional and on time, but they got my HVAC running perfectly. They even took the time to share a few maintenance tips so I can keep things in shape. We signed up to have our heater and AC maintenanced regularly before the peak months. Today was our first service with Coaches, and Pryole Taimalelagi was the technician. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and also provided some recommendations that would help us save on our energy bill. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely keep the service that we signed up for.

Our AC was acting sluggish and not cooling the house as well as usual. Coaches responded twice, once just for a routine maintenance check then again to repair the issues. Both service men were helpful and friendly. Repairs were reasonably priced as well. I'd call them again and recommend them to others.

Two years ago our AC unit went out! I am grateful that we had home insurance. Our provider sent us to Coaches HVAC. During the process, we were told it was in our best interest to not only replace our AC, but also our heater… even though there was no problem with out heater. We were skeptical. Eventually we decided to replace the AC and heater. It was the original AC/Heater from a home built in 2006.

At first our heater did not work, but we did not find this out until the following winter season, because everything was replaced going into the summer season. The AC has always been on point and it cooled our home quickly. The brand new AC was amazing! When winter hit, we went to turn on our new heater… and it would not work at all. We checked our warranty and everything had passed. We were so upset.

Instead of reaching out to our insurance, we reached out to Coaches HVAC to fix the system because they put in! This business stands behind its product and their work. I worked directly with one of the owners, who was attentive and understanding. It took a few weeks, but they got everything fine tuned and dialed in. Imagine spending thousands of dollars out of pocket, even though it was covered by insurance, and what you bought did not work. I am so grateful to the employees and the owners. They show-up when they tell you and they were respectful to us and our home. They care about their customer’s peace of mind and their product. If you are looking for a company that does great work, stands behind their product, does what they say, and cares about customer service, then you are done searching! This is it! Thanks again to this amazing team!

I had been without no AC in Tracy for 5 days this company was the 2nd called and I wanted this company to be acknowledged and 100% professional. They called to confirm, called when they were on their way and when arrived ! I also appreciate the kindness extended to me.
Darrell Laforteza was HVAC tech, he was very professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. He came right in listened to the issue, said may I take a look and with no hesitation said no problem we will get you fixed & cool today I'll be right back. The thermostat unit box had burnt out, he went to his truck, and replaced the HVAC thermostat and I was good to go just that quick after 5 days with no AC ...... They are so awesome ! Thank you.

First and foremost, THANK YOU! This gentleman named Mike came to diagnose my AC unit on Wednesday, explained to me in detail what was wrong. He said he would return Thursday to fix it. To his word, he came back on Thursday and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and he fixed it! I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing customer service and the professionalism you showed. My house is super comfy now with my working AC and it's all thanks to Mike and Coaches! You guys are amazing!
