My furnace suddenly stopped working. I requested a quotes from several services on Yelp and these guys gave me the best price and scheduled a visit next day. But the most important they offered to walk me through the diagnostic to see if we could fix it right away! And it worked. I went to Lowes, bought a fuse, replace it and ... now I have warm house 🙂

Called Coach's and received service within 1 hour. Maintenance person was Devon. Replaced air filter, fixed flame sensor. Was finished in less than 1hour. Courtesy, clean, honest, efficient. I was refered to Coaches via a home warranty service to have my air conditioner and gas furnace converted over to a heat pump. The home warranty offered a substandard option for replacement. I expressed concern regarding the quality, Coaches worked with me to come up with a much better option at a very reasonable price. During the installation, there were a number of issues that arose but the team did a wonderful job of getting everything taken care of. This is a company that wants to build long term relationships and given this interaction, I plan to work with them on future projects. Highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal. I was prescribed them through my home warranty company American Home shield and of course I am always a little nervous about who they send to you especially because the company is in Stockton but I was pleasantly surprised Stephen Jeffery from Coaches gave me a call when he was close which was much appreciated. He was very professional and he was done in just about an hour and a half.

In addition to this, I told one of my buddies about them and he called, they were at his house the next day and also finished fixing his AC at a fair price in under 1.5 hours also, so my experience was not a fluke. Not a shock that these guys have so many high marks. I would Recommend to everyone.

I reviewed Coaches last Spring. After i gave a poor review,Curtis the owner, called me to determine what i needed to be satisfied. I said if they couldnt get a forced air vent in one bedroom, then it would need a mini split. He agreed. Within 2 weeks, they installed a mini split to provide heat and a/c for that bedroom, which solved the problem. Everyone can make a mistake, but when a business stands behind their work and makes it right, then i'm willing to recommend them.

Have to write this review for "Coaches HVAC Extraordinair" because I'm so grateful for Chris the owner and his customer service! Was in a time crunch with getting some repairs done, specifically with the heater at the house I was moving out of, and he was more than accommodating. He addressed my concerns, timeframe, and main thing he was very compassionate. He fixed the heater issues at the house- in more than a timely manner-

I found Coaches through Yelp. I had sent an e-mail to another company and then was able to "select all" to send the inquiry to other places as well.

Coaches responded quickly and out of all the others (including the company I initially contacted), had availability the next day and was going to send someone who would understood the issues I was having with my finicky-network-challenged Honeywell Total Home Connection System.

In comes "Positive Pete". He NEVER GAVE UP. Going upstairs, downstairs, under the house - he was able to fix it all. I truly couldn't believe it. I don't think anyone else (other than the guy who installed the system who seems to refuse to deal with it anymore) could have done what he did. He was able to maneuver the network so I wouldn't have the connectivity issue that I had been having for a while. Genius.

Hardworking installers Bobby and Logan quickly and efficiently replaced our worn out A/C unit with a brand new one on a sweltering summer day (outdoors 103°; attic 140°). They were professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Owner Chris is knowledgeable and responsive to questions. We highly recommend Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR!

Two years ago our AC unit went out! I am grateful that we had home insurance. Our provider sent us to Coaches HVAC. During the process, we were told it was in our best interest to not only replace our AC, but also our heater… even though there was no problem with out heater. We were skeptical. Eventually we decided to replace the AC and heater. It was the original AC/Heater from a home built in 2006.

At first our heater did not work, but we did not find this out until the following winter season, because everything was replaced going into the summer season. The AC has always been on point and it cooled our home quickly. The brand new AC was amazing! When winter hit, we went to turn on our new heater… and it would not work at all. We checked our warranty and everything had passed. We were so upset.

Instead of reaching out to our insurance, we reached out to Coaches HVAC to fix the system because they put in! This business stands behind its product and their work. I worked directly with one of the owners, who was attentive and understanding. It took a few weeks, but they got everything fine tuned and dialed in. Imagine spending thousands of dollars out of pocket, even though it was covered by insurance, and what you bought did not work. I am so grateful to the employees and the owners. They show-up when they tell you and they were respectful to us and our home. They care about their customer’s peace of mind and their product. If you are looking for a company that does great work, stands behind their product, does what they say, and cares about customer service, then you are done searching! This is it! They went above and beyond for my family. They came out on a holiday. They checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The owner as, well as the employees, were very friendly and polite. They always kept us up to date with what was going on. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system.
