My home warranty, American Home Shield, offered a pre-season AC tune up this spring, so I decided to take advantage of the offer and requested the service. Coaches HVAC was assigned to my request and I am very pleased with their service. The technician, Michael Merck, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which I really appreciated. Mr. Merck arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He completed the maintenance work in less than an hour and told me everything looked fine; just needed to replace my air filters. He told me about several membership products & services that the company offers outside of the home warranty, but he was not at all pushy about it.

I'm hoping that my home warranty will offer a pre-season tune up for the heating system this fall, but if not, I will definitely schedule one myself with Coaches HVAC.

Coaches, brought their A game installing my AC, furnace, and hot water heater in my 1975 home. He brought everything up to code no matter what the city threw at us. Most importantly he did a great job and stayed within my budget.

Hardworking installers Bobby and Logan quickly and efficiently replaced our worn out A/C unit with a brand new one on a sweltering summer day (outdoors 103°; attic 140°). We were introduced to Coach's through American Home Shield. After placing the service call, Chris had the technician come to our house the very next day, he called me back within a day to discuss what was needed and to give me an estimate. The techs were at our house the following week to take final measurements and plan out what needed to be done.
Due to OUR schedule he started the work two weeks after the initial call. They were done in TWO days. Let me tell you, they were punctual, knowledgeable, kind professional and extremely efficient.
I would definitely recommend this company regardless of method of payment. Chris was honest, straightforward, professional and kind.

We signed up to have our heater and AC maintenanced regularly before the peak months. Today was our first service with Coaches, and Pryole Taimalelagi was the technician. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and also provided some recommendations that would help us save on our energy bill. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely keep the service that we signed up for.

I've been very happy with this company. When they say they're gonna be there, they show up. When the technician arrives, they've always been very polite. Very knowledgeable to do their job well, clean up after themselves. I definitely recommend Coaches HVAC service has been impeccable. My outside unit needed a part and they had the part in stock with them and they fixed it right away. Our AC stopped working in the middle of Stockton summer. I called Coaches and they came when they said they would, fixed the issue quickly and it all cost me under $100!

Our AC was acting sluggish and not cooling the house as well as usual. Coaches responded twice, once just for a routine maintenance check then again to repair the issues. Both service men were helpful and friendly. Repairs were reasonably priced as well. I'd call them again and recommend them to others.

Saved us $10,000!!!! Honest Company! Our home warranty sent another company to inspect our A/C system and they said that our HVAC and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was skeptical about that company and asked for a 2nd opinion, Coaches came out and said that our A/C system was running perfectly and no reason to replace! I was shocked, but glad that I forced the warranty company for the 2nd opinion! I had to fight them to have Coaches replace my ductwork instead of the first dishonest company! Coaches is a FAR superior company, that explained what the issues were and how they will not only replace the ductwork but also redesign it for better distribution of air. Brandon, Bobby, and Joey were on time and professional, made sure to cover areas around the attic and clean up after they were done. Don't hesitate, call them!
