Our AC was acting sluggish and not cooling the house as well as usual. Coaches responded twice, once just for a routine maintenance check then again to repair the issues. Both service men were helpful and friendly. Repairs were reasonably priced as well. I'd call them again and recommend them to others.

I had been without no AC in Tracy for 5 days this company was the 2nd called and I wanted this company to be acknowledged and 100% professional. They called to confirm, called when they were on their way and when arrived ! I also appreciate the kindness extended to me.
Darrell Laforteza was HVAC tech, he was very professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. He came right in listened to the issue, said may I take a look and with no hesitation said no problem we will get you fixed & cool today I'll be right back. The thermostat unit box had burnt out, he went to his truck, and replaced the HVAC thermostat and I was good to go just that quick after 5 days with no AC ...... They are so awesome ! Thank you.

It's been great having them service my system. I had an issue with my AC that required running a new wire from upstairs down to the AC compressor. They installed it quickly and cleanly. The office staff is also very friendly, highly recommended.

I've been using Coaches for years, and have nothing but great things to say. They are always very quick to respond, they've always sent a tech to me the day that I call, and have things fixed within hours. I have sent tons of referrals who have also gotten the same service. I never have sticker shock, pricing is more than fair. The techs are always friendly and they always show me what's going on. They explain exactly what they are going to do to fix the problem, so that you know what to look for and how to take care of things after they leave. Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred.

Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! THANK YOU for fixing our heater in this cold winter!

The owner of the company contacted us and was incredibly kind and gentle in his response for a review we wrote that did not reflect a current employee, rather a former employee who now works elsewhere.

I've been very happy with this company. When they say they're gonna be there, they show up. When the technician arrives, they've always been very polite. My outside unit needed a part and they had the part in stock with them and they fixed it right away. Our AC stopped working in the middle of Stockton summer. I called Coaches and they came when they said they would, fixed the issue quickly and it all cost me under $100!

Coaches HVAC is five star all the way. I had another company come to my house last Friday and he told me that whoever installed my thermostat last, that they must of touched the wires and that caused a lot of damage to my heater. I said oh my goodness what kind of damage? He said it caused damage to two diodes and I said how much will that cost and he said $950 dollars. I am so glad I called Coaches HVAC. I called Chris Curtis (the owner) Friday night and he had one of his employees out to my house in a couple of hours. His employee Pryole was very professional and took pictures of my heater and explained that whoever put in my thermostat didn't cause damage. Also, he explained I have only one diode not two and there was nothing wrong with my diode on my heater. In addition, he showed me a picture of my motherboard and explained that is why my heater wasn't working. The part was ordered and the technician fixed my heater tonight and I'm warm again!!!!! I'm glad I got a second opinion with a honest company!!! If you ever need someone to work on your heater or air conditioner call Coaches HVAC. You won't be taken advantage of. They are honest and five star all the way.

Not sure where to start by not writing a long story. I have been taken by other companies and not getting answers or completing a job. Coaches from very beginning understood my concerns and made sure I would get answers and job complete. I had a new unit installed and my techs Bobby and Logan were on time and professional. I knew my questions and concerns were being answered correctly and I felt as ease. Bobby and Logan absolutely took their time and did a fantastic job. They found the root of the issue and will be back with plan of action. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

My heating has been unable to work since October, it is now February. To say that I'm beyond impressed with this company and David Murphy (my HVAC team member who came out), is an understatement. He not only took the time to ask the back history of the TWO companies that had already come, not solved the problem, not listened to the symptoms I had encountered from my HVAC unit malfunctioning and took their service fee and ran. After calling my warranty company over these past months almost 15 times with the previous companies not fixing my problem and the temperatures continuing to drop throughout the winter, I felt disheartened.
This company was prompt in creating a service call, a date that was within a week of creating the work order (that fit my schedule) and gave three courtesy phone calls aligning the time and expectation of when they would arrive. He wasted no time in climbing on my roof, looking at the HVAC, and calling me from the roof to note he had already started on the job.
David had taken the time, while driving almost an hour to my location, to call and seek advisement with another technician, of the symptoms of my broke HVAC, to have a strategy for how to tackle this unsolvable months-long nightmare of no heat during the winter. He not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes, but also took photos to educate me on what he observed to seek further possible prevention in the future of my HVAC continuing to work successfully. He was friendly, kind, personable and broke down my problem in a way that I could understand. THANK YOU COACHES HVAC! Although, it's past January at this point, you've started off my 2020 year on such a better footing! A MILLION TIMES THANKS!
