Saved us $10,000!!!! Honest Company! Our home warranty sent another company to inspect our A/C system and they said that our HVAC and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was skeptical about that company and asked for a 2nd opinion, Coaches came out and said that our A/C system was running perfectly and no reason to replace! I was shocked, but glad that I forced the warranty company for the 2nd opinion! I had to fight them to have Coaches replace my ductwork instead of the first dishonest company! Coaches is a FAR superior company, that explained what the issues were and how they will not only replace the ductwork but also redesign it for better distribution of air. Brandon, Bobby, and Joey were on time and professional, made sure to cover areas around the attic and clean up after they were done. Don't hesitate, call them!

Coaches HVAC was a great choice for us as they were able to find problems with our heater other companies weren't and they helped get some things covered through our home warranty. Super flexible with availability, always willing to talk and explain their reasoning, and helped us out when we didn't know who to trust. Scheduled Coaches for a gas furnace heating tune-up through American Home Shield home warranty. I pushed for AHS to give me options to choose from because I've had plenty of bad experiences. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me four to choose from and I went with the one that seemed to have the best reviews on Yelp and Google: Coaches. The Technician, Stephen was a little late, but sincere in his apology (this matters to me), very friendly and made sure to spend as much time as I wanted to understand his evaluation. Even when I said I was all set, he paused once more to make sure I was satisfied. Refreshing contractor experience and I'll use their services again.

We signed up to have our heater and AC maintenanced regularly before the peak months. Today was our first service with Coaches, and Pryole Taimalelagi was the technician. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and also provided some recommendations that would help us save on our energy bill. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely keep the service that we signed up for.

Coaches HVAC is five star all the way. I had another company come to my house last Friday and he told me that whoever installed my thermostat last, that they must of touched the wires and that caused a lot of damage to my heater. I said oh my goodness what kind of damage? He said it caused damage to two diodes and I said how much will that cost and he said $950 dollars. I am so glad I called Coaches HVAC. I called Chris Curtis (the owner) Friday night and he had one of his employees out to my house in a couple of hours. His employee Pryole was very professional and took pictures of my heater and explained that whoever put in my thermostat didn't cause damage. Also, he explained I have only one diode not two and there was nothing wrong with my diode on my heater. In addition, he showed me a picture of my motherboard and explained that is why my heater wasn't working. The part was ordered and the technician fixed my heater tonight and I'm warm again!!!!! I'm glad I got a second opinion with a honest company!!! If you ever need someone to work on your heater or air conditioner call Coaches HVAC. You won't be taken advantage of. They are honest and five star all the way.

Called Coach's and received service within 1 hour. Maintenance person was Devon. Replaced air filter, fixed flame sensor. Was finished in less than 1hour. Courtesy, clean, honest, efficient. Thank you. Most definitely will subscribe to Diamond Maintenance Program. Preventive maintenance twice a year. Thanks again to Devon and Chris.

My heating has been unable to work since October, it is now February. To say that I'm beyond impressed with this company and David Murphy (my HVAC team member who came out), is an understatement. He not only took the time to ask the back history of the TWO companies that had already come, not solved the problem, not listened to the symptoms I had encountered from my HVAC unit malfunctioning and took their service fee and ran. After calling my warranty company over these past months almost 15 times with the previous companies not fixing my problem and the temperatures continuing to drop throughout the winter, I felt disheartened.
This company was prompt in creating a service call, a date that was within a week of creating the work order (that fit my schedule) and gave three courtesy phone calls aligning the time and expectation of when they would arrive. He wasted no time in climbing on my roof, looking at the HVAC, and calling me from the roof to note he had already started on the job.
David had taken the time, while driving almost an hour to my location, to call and seek advisement with another technician, of the symptoms of my broke HVAC, to have a strategy for how to tackle this unsolvable months-long nightmare of no heat during the winter. He not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes, but also took photos to educate me on what he observed to seek further possible prevention in the future of my HVAC continuing to work successfully. He was friendly, kind, personable and broke down my problem in a way that I could understand. THANK YOU COACHES HVAC! Although, it's past January at this point, you've started off my 2020 year on such a better footing! A MILLION TIMES THANKS!

It's been great having them service my system. I had an issue with my AC that required running a new wire from upstairs down to the AC compressor. They installed it quickly and cleanly. The office staff is also very friendly, highly recommended.

These guys are the real deal. I was prescribed them through my home warranty company American Home shield and of course I am always a little nervous about who they send to you especially because the company is in Stockton but I was pleasantly surprised Stephen Jeffery from Coaches gave me a call when he was close which was much appreciated. He was very professional and he was done in just about an hour and a half.

In addition to this, I told one of my buddies about them and he called, they were at his house the next day and also finished fixing his AC at a fair price in under 1.5 hours also, so my experience was not a fluke. Not a shock that these guys have so many high marks. I would Recommend to everyone.
