Saved us $10,000!!!! Honest Company! Our home warranty sent another company to inspect our A/C system and they said that our HVAC and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was skeptical about that company and asked for a 2nd opinion, Coaches came out and said that our A/C system was running perfectly and no reason to replace! I was shocked, but glad that I forced the warranty company for the 2nd opinion! I had to fight them to have Coaches replace my ductwork instead of the first dishonest company! Coaches is a FAR superior company, that explained what the issues were and how they will not only replace the ductwork but also redesign it for better distribution of air. Brandon, Bobby, and Joey were on time and professional, made sure to cover areas around the attic and clean up after they were done. Don't hesitate, call them!

First and foremost, THANK YOU! This gentleman named Mike came to diagnose my AC unit on Wednesday, explained to me in detail what was wrong. He said he would return Thursday to fix it. To his word, he came back on Thursday and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and he fixed it! I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing customer service and the professionalism you showed. My house is super comfy now with my working AC and it's all thanks to Mike and Coaches! You guys are amazing!

The owner of the company contacted us and was incredibly kind and gentle in his response for a review we wrote that did not reflect a current employee, rather a former employee who now works elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coaches HVAC Extraordinaire, and they absolutely lived up to their name. The team was not only super professional and on time, but they got my HVAC running perfectly. They even took the time to share a few maintenance tips so I can keep things in shape. We had a great experience with Coaches. Our air was only blowing hot air because the breaker would kick it off and we originally called a private company and they told us that we would eventually need a new air conditioner so we decided to go through our warranty and they sent Coaches. The tech came out and said the exact same thing the other company said. Mike called us and explained the warranty wouldn't cover a new unit so they gave us a great deal on one and could replace it fast (we have twin babies so a hot house is not an option). Mike came out this time and said we actually don't need a new unit and said we needed a small part and he actually had it in his truck! He replaced it at no cost and he told us if this doesn't work then it's definitely the breaker. The air went out a week later and we called an electrician this time and they agreed it was for sure the breaker. The air has been working since. Mike could have easily lied to us and had us pay for a new unit and he was sooo honest and kind! Definitely recommend Coaches!

Stephen and Trevor did a fantastic job. We have floor heating and most companies just said "no we don't do that". Stephen and Trevor were meticulous in figuring out how everything worked and resolved my issue. They got a standing ovation when they left

I had a very pleasant expierience with this company. Infound them thru pg&e ac quality care program. This was the only company who could accomidate my hours because i needed the appointment after 5:30 pm. So they made if from 6-10. The worker showed up at 6 and was gone by 8. Now the worker a gentlemen named Pryole was one of the most humble and patient people i have ever met. When he got here i wanted to make sure we were on the same page so i sat him down and explained everything that pge said they cover. He let me do my presentation id guess u call it for 5 min or so and when i finished he was like let me show you my paper work. And it was everything i had just talked about. So Mr. Pryole not only knew what i was talking about he was patient and humble enough not to cut me off and let me finish. I was very pleased with him and his profesionalism. He took his time to explain the work and was very thorough. Thank you guys for the service and time accomidation im a very happy customer.

Coaches HVAC is five star all the way. I had another company come to my house last Friday and he told me that whoever installed my thermostat last, that they must of touched the wires and that caused a lot of damage to my heater. I said oh my goodness what kind of damage? He said it caused damage to two diodes and I said how much will that cost and he said $950 dollars. I am so glad I called Coaches HVAC. I called Chris Curtis (the owner) Friday night and he had one of his employees out to my house in a couple of hours. His employee Pryole was very professional and took pictures of my heater and explained that whoever put in my thermostat didn't cause damage. Also, he explained I have only one diode not two and there was nothing wrong with my diode on my heater. In addition, he showed me a picture of my motherboard and explained that is why my heater wasn't working. The part was ordered and the technician fixed my heater tonight and I'm warm again!!!!! I'm glad I got a second opinion with a honest company!!! If you ever need someone to work on your heater or air conditioner call Coaches HVAC. You won't be taken advantage of. They are honest and five star all the way.

Right in the peak of the heat, my air conditioner went out and Stephen from Coaches HVAC extraordinAIR saved the day! He was swift, kind, understanding, professional and extremely efficient.

They went above and beyond for my family. They came out on a holiday. They checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The owner as, well as the employees, were very friendly and polite. They always kept us up to date with what was going on. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

My heating has been unable to work since October, it is now February. To say that I'm beyond impressed with this company and David Murphy (my HVAC team member who came out), is an understatement. He not only took the time to ask the back history of the TWO companies that had already come, not solved the problem, not listened to the symptoms I had encountered from my HVAC unit malfunctioning and took their service fee and ran. After calling my warranty company over these past months almost 15 times with the previous companies not fixing my problem and the temperatures continuing to drop throughout the winter, I felt disheartened.
This company was prompt in creating a service call, a date that was within a week of creating the work order (that fit my schedule) and gave three courtesy phone calls aligning the time and expectation of when they would arrive. He wasted no time in climbing on my roof, looking at the HVAC, and calling me from the roof to note he had already started on the job.
David had taken the time, while driving almost an hour to my location, to call and seek advisement with another technician, of the symptoms of my broke HVAC, to have a strategy for how to tackle this unsolvable months-long nightmare of no heat during the winter. He not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes, but also took photos to educate me on what he observed to seek further possible prevention in the future of my HVAC continuing to work successfully. He was friendly, kind, personable and broke down my problem in a way that I could understand. THANK YOU COACHES HVAC! Although, it's past January at this point, you've started off my 2020 year on such a better footing! A MILLION TIMES THANKS!
