First and foremost, THANK YOU! This gentleman named Mike came to diagnose my AC unit on Wednesday, explained to me in detail what was wrong. He said he would return Thursday to fix it. To his word, he came back on Thursday and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and he fixed it! I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing customer service and the professionalism you showed. My house is super comfy now with my working AC and it's all thanks to Mike and Coaches! You guys are amazing!

Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. We had a great experience with Coaches. Our air was only blowing hot air because the breaker would kick it off and we originally called a private company and they told us that we would eventually need a new air conditioner so we decided to go through our warranty and they sent Coaches. The tech came out and said the exact same thing the other company said. Mike called us and explained the warranty wouldn't cover a new unit so they gave us a great deal on one and could replace it fast (we have twin babies so a hot house is not an option). Mike came out this time and said we actually don't need a new unit and said we needed a small part and he actually had it in his truck! He replaced it at no cost and he told us if this doesn't work then it's definitely the breaker. The air went out a week later and we called an electrician this time and they agreed it was for sure the breaker. The air has been working since. Mike could have easily lied to us and had us pay for a new unit and he was sooo honest and kind! Definitely recommend Coaches!

Michael Merck came out and diagnosed my ac not cooling. it was an easy fix and they were very busy (first 90 degree week in april) so they gave me the option to fix it myself and I did. they dropped off the materials I needed and explained how it worked. learned something new and have a cool house again. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

My furnace suddenly stopped working. I requested a quotes from several services on Yelp and these guys gave me the best price and scheduled a visit next day. But the most important they offered to walk me through the diagnostic to see if we could fix it right away! And it worked. I went to Lowes, bought a fuse, replace it and ... now I have warm house 🙂

We signed up to have our heater and AC maintenanced regularly before the peak months. Today was our first service with Coaches, and Pryole Taimalelagi was the technician. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and also provided some recommendations that would help us save on our energy bill. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely keep the service that we signed up for.

Coaches, brought their A game installing my AC, furnace, and hot water heater in my 1975 home. He brought everything up to code no matter what the city threw at us. Most importantly he did a great job and stayed within my budget.

My home warranty, American Home Shield, offered a pre-season AC tune up this spring, so I decided to take advantage of the offer and requested the service. Coaches HVAC was assigned to my request and I am very pleased with their service. The technician, Michael Merck, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which I really appreciated. Mr. Merck arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He completed the maintenance work in less than an hour and told me everything looked fine; just needed to replace my air filters. He told me about several membership products & services that the company offers outside of the home warranty, but he was not at all pushy about it.

I'm hoping that my home warranty will offer a pre-season tune up for the heating system this fall, but if not, I will definitely schedule one myself with Coaches HVAC.

I found Coaches through Yelp. I had sent an e-mail to another company and then was able to "select all" to send the inquiry to other places as well.

Coaches responded quickly and out of all the others (including the company I initially contacted), had availability the next day and was going to send someone who would understood the issues I was having with my finicky-network-challenged Honeywell Total Home Connection System.

In comes "Positive Pete". He NEVER GAVE UP. Going upstairs, downstairs, under the house - he was able to fix it all. I truly couldn't believe it. I don't think anyone else (other than the guy who installed the system who seems to refuse to deal with it anymore) could have done what he did. He was able to maneuver the network so I wouldn't have the connectivity issue that I had been having for a while. Genius.
