Our AC stopped working Friday night so we put in a request for service through American Home Shield and it was dispatched to Coaches. They came out Monday afternoon and fixed our AC! Our technician, Jeffrey Stephens, was so nice and professional as well! Give that guy a bonus, he is truly awesome!!
I will for sure use Coaches for our regular routine maintenance and highly recommend them.

We were introduced to Coach's through American Home Shield. After placing the service call, Chris had the technician come to our house the very next day, he called me back within a day to discuss what was needed and to give me an estimate. The techs were at our house the following week to take final measurements and plan out what needed to be done.
Due to OUR schedule he started the work two weeks after the initial call. They were done in TWO days. Let me tell you, they were punctual, knowledgeable, kind professional and extremely efficient.
I would definitely recommend this company regardless of method of payment. Chris was honest, straightforward, professional and kind.

Called Coach's and received service within 1 hour. Maintenance person was Devon. Replaced air filter, fixed flame sensor. Was finished in less than 1hour. Courtesy, clean, honest, efficient. Thank you. Most definitely will subscribe to Diamond Maintenance Program. Preventive maintenance twice a year. Thanks again to Devon and Chris.

I had a very pleasant expierience with this company. Infound them thru pg&e ac quality care program. This was the only company who could accomidate my hours because i needed the appointment after 5:30 pm. So they made if from 6-10. The worker showed up at 6 and was gone by 8. Now the worker a gentlemen named Pryole was one of the most humble and patient people i have ever met. When he got here i wanted to make sure we were on the same page so i sat him down and explained everything that pge said they cover. He let me do my presentation id guess u call it for 5 min or so and when i finished he was like let me show you my paper work. And it was everything i had just talked about. So Mr. Pryole not only knew what i was talking about he was patient and humble enough not to cut me off and let me finish. I was very pleased with him and his profesionalism. He took his time to explain the work and was very thorough. Thank you guys for the service and time accomidation im a very happy customer.

Saved us $10,000!!!! Honest Company! Our home warranty sent another company to inspect our A/C system and they said that our HVAC and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was skeptical about that company and asked for a 2nd opinion, Coaches came out and said that our A/C system was running perfectly and no reason to replace! I was shocked, but glad that I forced the warranty company for the 2nd opinion! I had to fight them to have Coaches replace my ductwork instead of the first dishonest company! Coaches is a FAR superior company, that explained what the issues were and how they will not only replace the ductwork but also redesign it for better distribution of air. Brandon, Bobby, and Joey were on time and professional, made sure to cover areas around the attic and clean up after they were done. Don't hesitate, call them!

Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. My furnace suddenly stopped working. I requested a quotes from several services on Yelp and these guys gave me the best price and scheduled a visit next day. But the most important they offered to walk me through the diagnostic to see if we could fix it right away! And it worked. I went to Lowes, bought a fuse, replace it and ... now I have warm house 🙂

The AC at my office stopped working and it was really hot outside (100+). One of the ladies in my office suggesting Coaches and that was the solution to our problem. These guys are the real deal. I was prescribed them through my home warranty company American Home shield and of course I am always a little nervous about who they send to you especially because the company is in Stockton but I was pleasantly surprised Stephen Jeffery from Coaches gave me a call when he was close which was much appreciated. He was very professional and he was done in just about an hour and a half.

In addition to this, I told one of my buddies about them and he called, they were at his house the next day and also finished fixing his AC at a fair price in under 1.5 hours also, so my experience was not a fluke. Not a shock that these guys have so many high marks. I would Recommend to everyone.
