Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. If you want a reliable company that puts all there customers at the top of the list, you gotta use Coaches ExtraordinAIR you will not be disappointed TRUST ME.

I had a great experience with Pete. He was courteous, did good work, and was helpful beyond just the repair (advice on thermostats and install, etc.)

There were a few issues outside of this though:
- Scheduling was confusing and delayed. I was getting conflicting information via calls/text/email and in the end they mixed up and had to reschedule. It was confusing and frustrating.
- I asked for a detailed estimate of the cost (parts, labor, etc.) and never got it. They only gave me a final cost and initial visit cost.
- The price seems steep for the work involved but I was happy with Pete so it was ok.

Heating system seems to be working well and we have much more even temperature across the house.

I would use Coaches again but would be more clear about scheduling and pricing. The most important part is the work done and that was great.

My heating has been unable to work since October, it is now February. To say that I'm beyond impressed with this company and David Murphy (my HVAC team member who came out), is an understatement. He not only took the time to ask the back history of the TWO companies that had already come, not solved the problem, not listened to the symptoms I had encountered from my HVAC unit malfunctioning and took their service fee and ran. After calling my warranty company over these past months almost 15 times with the previous companies not fixing my problem and the temperatures continuing to drop throughout the winter, I felt disheartened.
This company was prompt in creating a service call, a date that was within a week of creating the work order (that fit my schedule) and gave three courtesy phone calls aligning the time and expectation of when they would arrive. He wasted no time in climbing on my roof, looking at the HVAC, and calling me from the roof to note he had already started on the job.
David had taken the time, while driving almost an hour to my location, to call and seek advisement with another technician, of the symptoms of my broke HVAC, to have a strategy for how to tackle this unsolvable months-long nightmare of no heat during the winter. He not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes, but also took photos to educate me on what he observed to seek further possible prevention in the future of my HVAC continuing to work successfully. He was friendly, kind, personable and broke down my problem in a way that I could understand. THANK YOU COACHES HVAC! Although, it's past January at this point, you've started off my 2020 year on such a better footing! A MILLION TIMES THANKS!

I was assigned to Coaches from my home warranty policy when our HVAC did not cool properly.Skeptical they were in Stockton and we lived in Sacramento where all the big boy HVAC companies are,but I read their reviews and was amazed by the 5 stars by so many.
Well,they deserve 10 stars trust me. Joe Warren came out to diagnosis the problem the very next day I submitted the claim. On time with a call before he got there. Professional,yet friendly,he found the issue quickly.The unit repairable,he ordered the part and the Home Warranty company covered everything. Took a week to get the part, but we understood that if the repair did not work, then a whole new HVAC unit would also be the next move...and is covered under America home warranty. BUT that is not why the 5 stars...The 5 stars are because of the way Coaches treated us. They kept in touch,told us what to expect along the way, and when Joe came back to install the part his expertise was readily obvious. His office returned my calls when needed and I felt like I was important to them. Joe even tried to sweep the area around the unit inside the house as he had a little dirt on his shoes (funny,but seriously a step above what we expected)...I called this morning to tell the sweet little office girl to tell the owner that we were exceptionally pleased with their concern for detail as the job went from the beginning to the end..Bravo, and now I know why the name of the company carries ExtraodinAir...and yes I have you on speed dial...Thanks Team Coaches....well done in my books.

I found Coaches through Yelp. I had sent an e-mail to another company and then was able to "select all" to send the inquiry to other places as well.

Coaches responded quickly and out of all the others (including the company I initially contacted), had availability the next day and was going to send someone who would understood the issues I was having with my finicky-network-challenged Honeywell Total Home Connection System.

In comes "Positive Pete". He NEVER GAVE UP. Going upstairs, downstairs, under the house - he was able to fix it all. I truly couldn't believe it. I don't think anyone else (other than the guy who installed the system who seems to refuse to deal with it anymore) could have done what he did. He was able to maneuver the network so I wouldn't have the connectivity issue that I had been having for a while. Genius.

These HVAC people know what they are doing! Had a CO alarm that kept on going off every 30 minutes after my wall furnace was turned on. It was getting cold and had a few other repair people come by who said a duct cleaning was needed. That is when I contacted Coaches HVAC and asked for a duct cleaning. Here is what sets them apart. Instead of just coming and doing exactly what the previous person recommended they diagnosed the root cause of the problem.

The root cause of the CO alarm that keeps going off is because of soot build up in the heat exchanger and the duct. If I replaced the wall furnace only then a year or so later the CO alarm would go off. If I only cleaned the duct then after a few years then the duct would get soot again then again another cleaning would be needed. With the duct replacement (see picture) they guarantee the workmanship for lifetime. Now for the rest of this wall heater and potential a few more after (Most likely decades) I would not have to worry about potential harm to my health.

Was in a time crunch with getting some repairs done, specifically with the heater at the house I was moving out of, and he was more than accommodating. He addressed my concerns, timeframe, and main thing he was very compassionate. He fixed the heater issues at the house- in more than a timely manner-

We had a great experience with Coaches. Our air was only blowing hot air because the breaker would kick it off and we originally called a private company and they told us that we would eventually need a new air conditioner so we decided to go through our warranty and they sent Coaches. The tech came out and said the exact same thing the other company said. Mike called us and explained the warranty wouldn't cover a new unit so they gave us a great deal on one and could replace it fast (we have twin babies so a hot house is not an option). Mike came out this time and said we actually don't need a new unit and said we needed a small part and he actually had it in his truck! He replaced it at no cost and he told us if this doesn't work then it's definitely the breaker. The air went out a week later and we called an electrician this time and they agreed it was for sure the breaker. The air has been working since. Mike could have easily lied to us and had us pay for a new unit and he was sooo honest and kind! Definitely recommend Coaches!

The AC at my office stopped working and it was really hot outside (100+). One of the ladies in my office suggesting Coaches and that was the solution to our problem. One call for help brought a tech to our office in just a few hours - he diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote for the repair and completed the work all within a few hours.

Saved us $10,000!!!! Honest Company! Our home warranty sent another company to inspect our A/C system and they said that our HVAC and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was skeptical about that company and asked for a 2nd opinion, Coaches came out and said that our A/C system was running perfectly and no reason to replace! I was shocked, but glad that I forced the warranty company for the 2nd opinion! I had to fight them to have Coaches replace my ductwork instead of the first dishonest company! Coaches is a FAR superior company, that explained what the issues were and how they will not only replace the ductwork but also redesign it for better distribution of air. Brandon, Bobby, and Joey were on time and professional, made sure to cover areas around the attic and clean up after they were done. Don't hesitate, call them!

I've been very happy with this company. When they say they're gonna be there, they show up. When the technician arrives, they've always been very polite. Very knowledgeable to do their job well, clean up after themselves. I definitely recommend Coaches HVAC service has been impeccable. My outside unit needed a part and they had the part in stock with them and they fixed it right away. Two years ago our AC unit went out! I am grateful that we had home insurance. Our provider sent us to Coaches HVAC. During the process, we were told it was in our best interest to not only replace our AC, but also our heater… even though there was no problem with out heater. We were skeptical. Eventually we decided to replace the AC and heater. It was the original AC/Heater from a home built in 2006.

At first our heater did not work, but we did not find this out until the following winter season, because everything was replaced going into the summer season. The AC has always been on point and it cooled our home quickly. The brand new AC was amazing! When winter hit, we went to turn on our new heater… and it would not work at all. We checked our warranty and everything had passed. We were so upset.

Instead of reaching out to our insurance, we reached out to Coaches HVAC to fix the system because they put in! This business stands behind its product and their work. I worked directly with one of the owners, who was attentive and understanding. It took a few weeks, but they got everything fine tuned and dialed in. Our AC stopped working Friday night so we put in a request for service through American Home Shield and it was dispatched to Coaches. They came out Monday afternoon and fixed our AC! Our technician, Jeffrey Stephens, was so nice and professional as well! Give that guy a bonus, he is truly awesome!!
I will for sure use Coaches for our regular routine maintenance and highly recommend them.
