Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred.

Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! THANK YOU for fixing our heater in this cold winter!

Our air conditioning stopped working during the 100 degree stretch a few weeks ago. My homeowners insurance referred me to Coaches HVAC and I called them, with fingers crossed, that they wouldn't be too busy to fix our air conditioner. I was informed that they were booked up through the next week. Once I sufficiently explained to the gentleman that we were in dire need of cool air, he found a way to squeeze us in a day later ( a Friday at that!). The temperature was supposed to climb to 107 that weekend but lucky for us, our air conditioning was humming along just fine because of a quick, efficient and kind response from Coaches HVAC. A million thanks! If you need HVAC services, call them, you won't be disappointed.

Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. I had a very pleasant expierience with this company. Infound them thru pg&e ac quality care program. This was the only company who could accomidate my hours because i needed the appointment after 5:30 pm. So they made if from 6-10. The worker showed up at 6 and was gone by 8. Now the worker a gentlemen named Pryole was one of the most humble and patient people i have ever met. When he got here i wanted to make sure we were on the same page so i sat him down and explained everything that pge said they cover. He let me do my presentation id guess u call it for 5 min or so and when i finished he was like let me show you my paper work. And it was everything i had just talked about. So Mr. Pryole not only knew what i was talking about he was patient and humble enough not to cut me off and let me finish. I was very pleased with him and his profesionalism. He took his time to explain the work and was very thorough. Thank you guys for the service and time accomidation im a very happy customer.

My furnace suddenly stopped working. I requested a quotes from several services on Yelp and these guys gave me the best price and scheduled a visit next day. But the most important they offered to walk me through the diagnostic to see if we could fix it right away! And it worked. I went to Lowes, bought a fuse, replace it and ... now I have warm house 🙂

We signed up to have our heater and AC maintenanced regularly before the peak months. Today was our first service with Coaches, and Pryole Taimalelagi was the technician. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and also provided some recommendations that would help us save on our energy bill. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely keep the service that we signed up for.

Coaches HVAC is five star all the way. I had another company come to my house last Friday and he told me that whoever installed my thermostat last, that they must of touched the wires and that caused a lot of damage to my heater. I said oh my goodness what kind of damage? He said it caused damage to two diodes and I said how much will that cost and he said $950 dollars. I am so glad I called Coaches HVAC. I called Chris Curtis (the owner) Friday night and he had one of his employees out to my house in a couple of hours. His employee Pryole was very professional and took pictures of my heater and explained that whoever put in my thermostat didn't cause damage. Also, he explained I have only one diode not two and there was nothing wrong with my diode on my heater. In addition, he showed me a picture of my motherboard and explained that is why my heater wasn't working. The part was ordered and the technician fixed my heater tonight and I'm warm again!!!!! I'm glad I got a second opinion with a honest company!!! If you ever need someone to work on your heater or air conditioner call Coaches HVAC. You won't be taken advantage of. They are honest and five star all the way.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of Stockton summer. I called Coaches and they came when they said they would, fixed the issue quickly and it all cost me under $100!

Stephen and Trevor did a fantastic job. We have floor heating and most companies just said "no we don't do that". Stephen and Trevor were meticulous in figuring out how everything worked and resolved my issue. They got a standing ovation when they left

My heating has been unable to work since October, it is now February. To say that I'm beyond impressed with this company and David Murphy (my HVAC team member who came out), is an understatement. He not only took the time to ask the back history of the TWO companies that had already come, not solved the problem, not listened to the symptoms I had encountered from my HVAC unit malfunctioning and took their service fee and ran. After calling my warranty company over these past months almost 15 times with the previous companies not fixing my problem and the temperatures continuing to drop throughout the winter, I felt disheartened.
This company was prompt in creating a service call, a date that was within a week of creating the work order (that fit my schedule) and gave three courtesy phone calls aligning the time and expectation of when they would arrive. He wasted no time in climbing on my roof, looking at the HVAC, and calling me from the roof to note he had already started on the job.
David had taken the time, while driving almost an hour to my location, to call and seek advisement with another technician, of the symptoms of my broke HVAC, to have a strategy for how to tackle this unsolvable months-long nightmare of no heat during the winter. He not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes, but also took photos to educate me on what he observed to seek further possible prevention in the future of my HVAC continuing to work successfully. He was friendly, kind, personable and broke down my problem in a way that I could understand. THANK YOU COACHES HVAC! Although, it's past January at this point, you've started off my 2020 year on such a better footing! A MILLION TIMES THANKS!

Had some work done to my AC through my home warranty and Coaches HVAC was very professional and did a great job. Even though it took a little longer than I hoped due to a part needing to be ordered, they were always good about keeping appointments and communication. Joe came out twice and was very professional, and completed his work as quickly as possible. One other employee had to come out and he was also very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Stockton/Modesto area.

The AC at my office stopped working and it was really hot outside (100+). One of the ladies in my office suggesting Coaches and that was the solution to our problem.
