Our air conditioning stopped working during the 100 degree stretch a few weeks ago. My homeowners insurance referred me to Coaches HVAC and I called them, with fingers crossed, that they wouldn't be too busy to fix our air conditioner. I was informed that they were booked up through the next week. Once I sufficiently explained to the gentleman that we were in dire need of cool air, he found a way to squeeze us in a day later ( a Friday at that!). The temperature was supposed to climb to 107 that weekend but lucky for us, our air conditioning was humming along just fine because of a quick, efficient and kind response from Coaches HVAC. A million thanks! If you need HVAC services, call them, you won't be disappointed.

I love coaches. Super fast response time, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. You can actually talk to the tech, and they call you back with answers to your questions. If you have problems, they follow up - they don't leave you hanging. They should be your first call for heating and AC stuff.

Great experience as this company works as a team. From great techs, owners and especially the nice gal who gives friendly reminders via text and phone calls. They came all the way out to Galt and I couldn't be happier. Just in time for the heat!!!

I help my grandmother whenever I can even though I don't live near her. She was having problems with her heater and called a company that advertises on billboards throughout the city so people are familiar with that name. They quoted her nearly $7,000 for a new unit. She was ready to do it but I told her to wait and get a second opinion.
Well, thankfully, she listened and she asked me to help her find someone else to come over for another opinion. So, I called a few different companies in the area that I found online. Some were asking all kinds of ridiculous questions like "well, what did the other company quote her? Can she show us the invoice / quote?" and I remember thinking "what does that matter? Go over and give her a quote based on what YOU find." I had a feeling that they just wanted to come right under the other companies quote even if the other company highly inflated the price or wasn't honest about what needed to be done.
I was shocked as to how difficult it was just to get a 2nd opinion! I even had another company tell me that the owner was going to call me back. He called me back and wasted my time telling me how great they are and got pushy and it all made me feel like something wasn't right. I just told him I would call him back and never did. We needed a job done and didn't need all kinds of distractions because they are all playing these competitive games. It's simple... come over and give us a quote. Why they were stressing me over a basic request was beyond me! My grandmother was without heat in the winter!
THANKFULLY, the next company that I called was exactly what we needed!!!! Not only did they come without making it difficult and asking a bunch of irrelevant questions, but they said they could fix it for around $640! What a difference! From $7,000 to $640. Guess who we went with? Yup.... these guys that I just gave 5 STARS to. While we understand that her unit might need to be replaced soon (since it's about 25 yrs. old) we, like most people, don't have $7,000 just sitting around and we will try to fix things on a budget first. The other guys were like "it's old and it needs to be replaced." And since most customers aren't experts in that field, they just trust what they are told. I tend to question and get 2nd opinions because there are far too many shady companies out there.
So, we were so happy that these guys were courteous and clearly as HONEST as possible which is soooooo rare (and refreshing) in this day and age! Thank you, COACHES, for being, well..... YOU!

I was assigned to Coaches from my home warranty policy when our HVAC did not cool properly.Skeptical they were in Stockton and we lived in Sacramento where all the big boy HVAC companies are,but I read their reviews and was amazed by the 5 stars by so many.
Well,they deserve 10 stars trust me. Joe Warren came out to diagnosis the problem the very next day I submitted the claim. On time with a call before he got there. Professional,yet friendly,he found the issue quickly.The unit repairable,he ordered the part and the Home Warranty company covered everything. Took a week to get the part, but we understood that if the repair did not work, then a whole new HVAC unit would also be the next move...and is covered under America home warranty. BUT that is not why the 5 stars...The 5 stars are because of the way Coaches treated us. They kept in touch,told us what to expect along the way, and when Joe came back to install the part his expertise was readily obvious. His office returned my calls when needed and I felt like I was important to them. Joe even tried to sweep the area around the unit inside the house as he had a little dirt on his shoes (funny,but seriously a step above what we expected)...I called this morning to tell the sweet little office girl to tell the owner that we were exceptionally pleased with their concern for detail as the job went from the beginning to the end..Bravo, and now I know why the name of the company carries ExtraodinAir...and yes I have you on speed dial...Thanks Team Coaches....well done in my books.

Scheduled Coaches for a gas furnace heating tune-up through American Home Shield home warranty. I pushed for AHS to give me options to choose from because I've had plenty of bad experiences. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me four to choose from and I went with the one that seemed to have the best reviews on Yelp and Google: Coaches. The Technician, Stephen was a little late, but sincere in his apology (this matters to me), very friendly and made sure to spend as much time as I wanted to understand his evaluation. Even when I said I was all set, he paused once more to make sure I was satisfied. Refreshing contractor experience and I'll use their services again.

I've been using Coaches for years, and have nothing but great things to say. They are always very quick to respond, they've always sent a tech to me the day that I call, and have things fixed within hours. I have sent tons of referrals who have also gotten the same service. I never have sticker shock, pricing is more than fair. The techs are always friendly and they always show me what's going on. They explain exactly what they are going to do to fix the problem, so that you know what to look for and how to take care of things after they leave. Extremely trustworthy, excellent customer service, more than fair pricing, and most importantly, they care. I can send anyone to them, and I know that my friends and family will be taken care of, hands down the best HVAC company in the Central Valley.

Michael Merck came out and diagnosed my ac not cooling. it was an easy fix and they were very busy (first 90 degree week in april) so they gave me the option to fix it myself and I did. they dropped off the materials I needed and explained how it worked. learned something new and have a cool house again. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

(UPDATE) Just want to thank Coaches Extraordinaire again for there great customer service and quick response service. Happy to report my house hasn't been this cool since I bought it thanks to them. I highly recommend for everyone to use there service you wont regret it 😁

These guys are the real deal. I was prescribed them through my home warranty company American Home shield and of course I am always a little nervous about who they send to you especially because the company is in Stockton but I was pleasantly surprised Stephen Jeffery from Coaches gave me a call when he was close which was much appreciated. He was very professional and he was done in just about an hour and a half.

In addition to this, I told one of my buddies about them and he called, they were at his house the next day and also finished fixing his AC at a fair price in under 1.5 hours also, so my experience was not a fluke. Not a shock that these guys have so many high marks. I would Recommend to everyone.

Stephen Jeffrey is a great technician and above all respectful. They literally do go above and beyond to make there customers happy, i called them twice at 8pm and they literally came out both times the very next day to take care of my system. If you want a reliable company that puts all there customers at the top of the list, you gotta use Coaches ExtraordinAIR you will not be disappointed TRUST ME.

Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was sent out through our AHS. Once they were assigned, I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The day before they called me and asked that they needed to move my appointment from the morning to the afternoon because of some emergencies call, which I was fine with. Sent an initial text message that a technician was assigned and confirmation of the timeframe they will show up, when it was rescheduled the same thing occurred.

Stephen Jeffrey was assigned to us, he was amazing, knowledgeable kind, and if you asked any questions, he would answer them without being rushed. He was able to diagnose the issue, then talked to us what he found, and then went back up and finalized everything. He then came back down and stated that he was finished, and advised us what he had done. Overall, I had a great experience with Coaches and their technician Stephen Jeffrey! THANK YOU for fixing our heater in this cold winter!

Not sure where to start by not writing a long story. I have been taken by other companies and not getting answers or completing a job. Coaches from very beginning understood my concerns and made sure I would get answers and job complete. I had a new unit installed and my techs Bobby and Logan were on time and professional. I knew my questions and concerns were being answered correctly and I felt as ease. Bobby and Logan absolutely took their time and did a fantastic job. They found the root of the issue and will be back with plan of action. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
