These guys are the real deal. I was prescribed them through my home warranty company American Home shield and of course I am always a little nervous about who they send to you especially because the company is in Stockton but I was pleasantly surprised Stephen Jeffery from Coaches gave me a call when he was close which was much appreciated. He was very professional and he was done in just about an hour and a half.

In addition to this, I told one of my buddies about them and he called, they were at his house the next day and also finished fixing his AC at a fair price in under 1.5 hours also, so my experience was not a fluke. Not a shock that these guys have so many high marks. I would Recommend to everyone.

Our AC was acting sluggish and not cooling the house as well as usual. Coaches responded twice, once just for a routine maintenance check then again to repair the issues. Both service men were helpful and friendly. Repairs were reasonably priced as well. I'd call them again and recommend them to others.

Hardworking installers Bobby and Logan quickly and efficiently replaced our worn out A/C unit with a brand new one on a sweltering summer day (outdoors 103°; attic 140°). My home warranty, American Home Shield, offered a pre-season AC tune up this spring, so I decided to take advantage of the offer and requested the service. Coaches HVAC was assigned to my request and I am very pleased with their service. The technician, Michael Merck, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which I really appreciated. Mr. Merck arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He completed the maintenance work in less than an hour and told me everything looked fine; just needed to replace my air filters. He told me about several membership products & services that the company offers outside of the home warranty, but he was not at all pushy about it.

I'm hoping that my home warranty will offer a pre-season tune up for the heating system this fall, but if not, I will definitely schedule one myself with Coaches HVAC.

I had previously written a 1 star review as I had an interaction with a former employee of this company who no longer works there.
The owner of the company contacted us and was incredibly kind and gentle in his response for a review we wrote that did not reflect a current employee, rather a former employee who now works elsewhere.
As a fellow business owner, I have HUGE respect for the owner Joseph - I wish there were more people around like him and his current team.

I've been using Coaches for years, and have nothing but great things to say. They are always very quick to respond, they've always sent a tech to me the day that I call, and have things fixed within hours. I have sent tons of referrals who have also gotten the same service. I never have sticker shock, pricing is more than fair. The techs are always friendly and they always show me what's going on. They explain exactly what they are going to do to fix the problem, so that you know what to look for and how to take care of things after they leave. Not sure where to start by not writing a long story. I have been taken by other companies and not getting answers or completing a job. Coaches from very beginning understood my concerns and made sure I would get answers and job complete. I had a new unit installed and my techs Bobby and Logan were on time and professional. I knew my questions and concerns were being answered correctly and I felt as ease. Bobby and Logan absolutely took their time and did a fantastic job. They found the root of the issue and will be back with plan of action. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

These HVAC people know what they are doing! Had a CO alarm that kept on going off every 30 minutes after my wall furnace was turned on. It was getting cold and had a few other repair people come by who said a duct cleaning was needed. That is when I contacted Coaches HVAC and asked for a duct cleaning. Here is what sets them apart. Instead of just coming and doing exactly what the previous person recommended they diagnosed the root cause of the problem.

The root cause of the CO alarm that keeps going off is because of soot build up in the heat exchanger and the duct. If I replaced the wall furnace only then a year or so later the CO alarm would go off. If I only cleaned the duct then after a few years then the duct would get soot again then again another cleaning would be needed. With the duct replacement (see picture) they guarantee the workmanship for lifetime. Now for the rest of this wall heater and potential a few more after (Most likely decades) I would not have to worry about potential harm to my health.

The AC at my office stopped working and it was really hot outside (100+). One of the ladies in my office suggesting Coaches and that was the solution to our problem. One call for help brought a tech to our office in just a few hours - he diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote for the repair and completed the work all within a few hours.

Friendly, professional and affordable - the work solved the problem and now we know who to call when our aging HVAC system goes out again.

Scheduled Coaches for a gas furnace heating tune-up through American Home Shield home warranty. I pushed for AHS to give me options to choose from because I've had plenty of bad experiences. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me four to choose from and I went with the one that seemed to have the best reviews on Yelp and Google: Coaches. The Technician, Stephen was a little late, but sincere in his apology (this matters to me), very friendly and made sure to spend as much time as I wanted to understand his evaluation. Even when I said I was all set, he paused once more to make sure I was satisfied. Refreshing contractor experience and I'll use their services again.
